A Broken Heart

A broken heart in front of God will always bring us moments which we are going to experience God's blessings, either we are being tested or not, God's power and love will be manifested once He knows our humble heart as Psalm says so. How do we know we have a broken heart in front of God? I strongly believe that when we love God we will do the best to please Him.

Ephesians 4:25 -32 give us a detailed guide to have a life as God want us to have it. And nevertheless I will add Faith 'cause without it we wont see our Lord.

Let's think about our daily way to live and no matter if we failed, let's stand up and keep running the race we have ahead, fearless. God is ahead protecting us.

All in life good or bad has its own purpose. Changes are good in the right moment. Life is beautiful to worry about things can be handle by the Almighty. Cry is good for the soul. Believe is great for the heart.

Skate contest was a complete success once again. Marlon and the other boys were really grateful with all of us (Micha "aleman loco", Edgar, Dennis and myself) they are super excited because we are doing this every 3 months, which is our goal. Right now, I'm planning on doing a reggae concert to get funds for the restoration of the ramp, so I'm getting all together like people, singers, bands, DJ's, with the approval of Dennis, which I already have, this will be good for all the boys, they are really pump up about all, mostly because I have talk to them to be part of this concert, just because they are the ones who use the ramp every night.

Weds Bible Studies nites keep going super strong, right now with the support of Andy, Edgar, Misha, Jason Soares every wed is a bless to all who come the boys and to us the leaders. Always there is someone new and only for that I'm blessed!

Next May 1st CS Jaco together with YWAM will be helping out a girl named Lupe Gallucio whos is organizing a KIDS DAY - Charity event from Hogar Monserrat. It's going to be lots of activities including surf lessons and beach day.

Soon another surf camp is on the fire plus the Eternal Crown Surf Tournament but this year will be held in Guanacaste, it might be in Marbella. Right now Dennis, Alvaro, Pano from Tamarindo and myself form the National Leadership Team of Christian Surfers CR. we got together last month in Tamarindo to just make official our commitment for CSCR and came out with more ideas and pursuing God's will for CSCR.

The Pura Vida 5k is still on my heart, my training in a daily basis, but I need to pray and a miracle, cause as for now I don't have the money to buy the ticket or any else. I talked to Jason on planning a fund rising dinner because plus of my needs I want to get there a video with some of the kids testimonies and life styles and goals they want to achieve in a close future to be able to find families in Florida who want to support them. The race is in St Augustine May 22nd. This would be the 3rd race with that purpose, and Jason brought this to me so I would be able to speak and be part of the race, as I know and get along so well with the kids of the river.


As for the Property of CS I decided not to be very involved anymore. It is not my call as it is my participation with the all communications part with CSCR and leadership in Jaco Chapter.

I pray the Lord may bless you all with abundance in every part of your life.

Eclipse

What an eclipse means? An eclipse is an astronomical event that occurs when one celestial object moves into the shadow of another. When an eclipse occurs within a stellar system, such as the Solar System, it forms the alignment of three or more celestial bodies in the same gravitational system along a straight line. (ref. Wikipedia)

There are times in our life that we go through an eclipse, if you know what I mean. When we follow Jesus we are in the light and sometimes we just hide behind a big problem or circumstance but If we know who we are in Jesus, as the eclipse, the problem will move away just because the power is so strong that not even us are able to handle it. So, that's when the full light of Jesus shine upon us and make us shine wherever we go. Let's not forget who we are in Jesus, no matter the circumstances of our daily lifestyle. We have a purpose here. Jesus is real. We are real. Problems are real. BUT Jesus is bigger than anyone else forever!

Mid-End Feb

Hello friends, so far so good! Life is precious and God even more. Lately God has shown His mercy and great love. I wanna thank everyone of you for your support and your prayers. Step by step things are getting settle.

As for now hip hop class are on hold, due to the beginning of school season, and the girls have to get use to the classes and time to study, so once they are establish we will continue with the hip hop dance time, they want so badly to continue but responsibilities goes in order and school is a priority. Now, things are getting a lil' shape for the sk8 contest which I believe will be on March 2nd week, last years' was a total success, this year's will be better, Marlon is a great person looking for this amazing path of leadership and without knowing he's already leader bunch of kids to the sk8 ramp here in Jaco; so we are here to help him, the idea of the contest is to build a box for the skaters, so please help us praying for a total hit on March! Also, a new idea for a local surf camp every 3 months as an outreach in Esterillos and Jaco is being now become more and more a necessity for CS as a local ministry, also we ask for your prayers. Weather is being crazy, a heat wave has hugged us all together with some drops of rain during nite which make a humid environment just another cause to care about our lovely Earth and try to keep it real meanwhile cruelty surround us.

Changes, decisions, opportunities, challenges, all in one sometimes its hard to get focus but the Lord is faithful, I'm just follow Him focus on the good things He brings as the Pura Vida 5k in St Augustine that's coming even I don't have nothing yet, I do keep training everyday and believe in my Source :) . God is faithful and everyday He shows up, lately we have had a great person, a missionary named Michael "Micha" Aleman loco as we all call him here, who's helping us in some stuff regarding CS Jaco, as Surf camp logistics, and sort of other things, and I thank God for him.
